2024-2025 Winter Fundamental Skills Boot Camp Lessons

Dynamic Warm Up Videos

U7 will only be able to do a few of these at a time. Choose ones that are easy for them. The idea is to introduce them to the concept of dynamic warmups and to develop body coordination. As players get older you should be adding more of these exercises to fill a 5-8 min warmup and to challenge them. Mix it up as you won’t have time to do them all each time. U12 and older teams  are most critical to do properly and should be able to have a warm up set that they can do on their own.
