The Minisink Valley Soccer Club (MVSC) is dedicated to the growth and development of our local community at home and at large. To maintain a focused and fair environment, we observe a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding the recruitment of our players for outside clubs, private teams, or independent training programs. We also prohibit recruitment of players on any other team except for players that live within the Minisink Valley school district. We want our players to play together and we want healthy competition to play against. This does not mean we do not welcome outside the district players who wish to come to our club on their own accord.

• Restricted Activity: Coaches and staff are prohibited from communicating or distributing materials (digital or physical) that promote any non-MVSC or HVYSL training, academy, or team, without express written permission from the MVSC Board. Coaches are not to approach players on any other team to join MVSC. If a player is within the Minisink Valley school district, you are to inform the Board and the Board can invite the player.
• Consequences: Any coach or volunteer found in violation of this policy will be subject to a board review and can be subject to immediate removal and a permanent ban from future participation within the club.
