- Time on the Ball is Key
- Positive Sportsmanship
- Mistakes are How We Learn
- Merit is Important
- Competition is Encouraged
Our main goal is for players to have fun, develop solid soccer skills, and help grow talented players for a successful High School and beyond career. Coaching and training take time, We must Trust the Process. It is a multi-year program.
Our club will be working together for the betterment of each individual and the club as a whole. The club is only as strong as the weakest team and the team is only as strong as the weakest player. Therefore, we work on individual foundational skills first, and build team strategy from there. All weekly training lessons will be the same for every team and division and adjusted appropriately for each age division. This way we are all sure to progress at the appropriate pace and with the skills and knowledge needed for the next year. Each lesson is designed to build on itself from the first exercise to the next. Each week builds on the previous week. Each season builds on the previous. Therefore, if your player is late to a lesson, or misses a lesson, they will be behind.

Club Synergy
Each dedicated player deserves equal attention regardless of skill. Therefore, you are to think of all club players as being on one big team. Each division trains together. This means every coach learns from each other and teaches the same lessons. We will help improve each player. All coaches will work together on match days to help every player learn and improve regardless if they are on their team. Coaches are teammates and will help each other out if one cannot make it to a match, training, or needs advice.
Elite Team Players on Recreation Teams
All Elite players are encouraged to play on recreation teams. Recreation training will be more individual skills training to help their fundamentals. They can also be a role model on the recreation teams. This will help both recreation and travel players. Elite players will not be expected to go to every recreation training or match but should attend as much as they can. Elite takes priority. Rec coaches should not give full match time to travel players as rec matches are supplemental and are meant for them to work on fundamentals.
