Communication & Roster

All communication will be provided through Gotsport.com and the TeamSnap App. It is important that you do not opt out of these two email services or you will not receive important information during the season or for signing up for the next.

After registration closes, and teams are formed, you will be assigned a team in GotSport with a roster and match schedule. All teams and match schedules will then be imported into the TeamSnap app for communication purposes. After your Coach is set on TeamSnap they will send a team invite to the same email in your Gotsport account. You must accept this TeamSnap invite to join the team, each season, for all team communications and schedules. Please verify that your player is on both rosters so the club and your coach can communicate with you. Desktop versions are best for initial setup. Here are tutorials for how to add family members to your accounts, opt out of advertising and more.

Your responsibilities include:

  • You post your player’s availability for all events in TeamSnap
  • You arrive early for each event
  • You notify your coach of any injury or illness
  • You notify your coach of any medical conditions, such as asthma, prior concussions, etc. on the medical forms.
  • You are committed to the full season

Division Commissioner

For recreation, each division in TeamSnap will have a Division Commissioner who acts as the liaison between the MVSC Board, Coaching Director, and the coaches. The commissioner ensures that coaches receive all communications and adhere to the club’s policies and training guidelines. Division Commissioners will run all division training to help support coaches and to ensure training continues regardless of coaches availability.  Please contact them if you have any issues.
