  • Fall 2026 Season Update

Welcome to the Minisink Valley Soccer Club’s Fall 2026 Season and thank you for supporting your community athletes. All teams and team schedules have been made. You will find all the information you need for this season on our website and inside gotsport.com as well as our new app; gotsport teams. Please look for emails from gotsport and use the app going forward. All of this information is on www.minisinkvalleysc.com

    NEW APP for Communication

This season a number of circumstances forced us to change apps and we are now using the “Gotsport Team App” to communicate with the club and your team. We know this is an inconvenience but it could not be helped. We hope the change will actually be a blessing in disguise as it should be easier going forward for everyone.

You can download the “Gotsport Team App” from your app store and you can use the web version at: https://teamapp.gotsport.com/ Your login credentials will be the same as your gotsport account that you used to register for the season. You MUST use the same credentials for it to work.

Here are tutorials for how to add the schedule to your personal calendar, add family members to your accounts, opt out of advertising and more.

Communication and Attendance Policies Will Be Inforced

We have been having issues with players not showing up to training and games without notifying coaches. Coaches have been instructed to start all training and games on time. If a player has not marked availability for matches they will not start and games may be forfeit due to lack of players.

For U7 and up: Match scores will affect your team’s placement for the end of season tournament. Coaches have been instructed to prioritise playing time according to attendance and effort at training.

Your responsibilities are to teach kids the importance of being a team player and part of a greater community. This includes:

    • You post your player’s availability for all events in Gotspot Team App
    • You arrive early for each event
    • You notify your coach of any injury or illness
    • You notify your coach of any medical conditions, such as asthma, prior concussions, etc. on the medical forms.
    • You are committed to the full season
    • You encourage your player to give their best at all training and games as their team is counting on them
    • You and your player are respectful to all volunteers and paid staff
