How to Print Roster and Medical Release Forms

Step 1:

• From the Dashboard of your account select “Team management”.

Step 2:

• Select the Team Account you are working in.

Step 3:

• Here you will select “Rosters”.

Step 4:

In “Select Event Roster” Select the current “HVYSL/ENYSA” season and click search

• Click on “Documents and IDs.

Step 5:

• Here you can Click “Roster PDF” to print a roster with photos
• Here you will be able to select from the “Medical Release” Forms and click “Download Medical Releases”.

• This will open a new window that allows you to print all of the Medical Releases.
