This year HVYSL is transitioning to a school year age group. Aug 1st – July 31st. Here is the Age Group Chart. 

Divisions Ages 1-18 (U2-U19)

U2-U4 Kick Start

• 2 training days a week
• 5:30pm – 6:30pm (Days TBD)
• Saturdays (Time TBD) 

U5-U6 Roots 

• 2 training days plus matches
• 5:30pm – 6:30pm (Days TBD)
• Saturdays (Time TBD) 

U7-U8 Peewee

• 2 training days plus matches
• 5:30pm – 6:30pm (Days TBD)
• Saturdays (Time TBD) 

U9-U10 

• 2 training days plus matches
• 5:30pm – 7 pm (Days TBD)
• Saturdays (Time TBD) 

U11-U12 

• 2 training days plus matches
• 5:30pm – 7 pm (Days TBD)

U13-U19 

• 2 training days plus matches

Program

The program will be structured for each age’s abilities and maximum development (time on the ball). We have a special introduction to the soccer program for U2-U4 players. This will include small games and interactions with a soccer ball. This is development of coordination and learning how to train with a soccer theme.  Once the players are ready and understand how to safely play the game, all age groups U5 and up will have matches on Saturdays. Age groups and teams will be organized according to registration numbers. All programs are subject to change according to registration numbers and what is best for each player’s development and enjoyment, not for parental entertainment or babysitting.
