You can use the mobile app for most features however the website has more options especially for setup and downloading the schedule to your phone.

Add a Family member

1. In TeamSnap App go to your team 
2. Click Roster
3. Click on your player
4. Scroll to bottom and Click Blue “Add Family Member”
5. They will be sent an invite to join

Subscribe to a Team Schedule

Users can subscribe to a team’s full schedule of games and events to have them displayed in a calendar and automatically updated any time the schedule is changed. If you’re a member of multiple teams within TeamSnap, you can also subscribe to your combined TeamSnap schedule.

Google Calendar

1. Log into TeamSnap on the web (not mobile app).
2. Click your roster name below the team name to enter the team site.
3. Click the Schedule tab.
4. Click Settings.
5. Click Sync Calendar / Export.
6. Copy the calendar link.
7. Go to Google Calendar in your browser (not app), click the small arrow to the right of Other Calendars (located on the left side of the screen below your mini calendar and My Calendars list).
8. Click Add by URL.
9. Paste calendar link into the URL field.
10. Click Add Calendar.

Web

1. Locate and click your name on the roster
2. Click Edit Photo below the image placeholder to the right of your profile details
3. Click Choose File
4. Click Upload Photo

Upload a New Roster Photo (Android)

1. Log into TeamSnap on your device
2. Select your team name to enter your team 
3. Tap the Roster tab
4. Locate and tap your name in the roster list
5. Tap the pencil Edit icon in the top right of the screen
6. Tap Choose Photo
7. Select the photo source
8. Take or select the photo you’d like to use
9. Tap the checkmark Save icon in the top right of the screen

Upload a New Roster Photo (iOS)

1. Log into TeamSnap on your device
2. Select your team name to enter your team 
3. Tap the Roster tab
4. Locate and tap your name in the roster list
5. Tap the image icon next to your profile name
6. Tap to select the photo source (Choose Existing or Take Photo)
7. Take or select the photo you’d like to use
8. That’s it! Your new profile photo is set
